Present Use: Presently in use as a restaurant.
Size: Medium. This would have been a mediumsize Sambo's (Double window booths. Single row of single booths, Counter with Stools. Back area dining room.
Building Condition: (1-10) "10"

OUTSIDE
Googie: This is not a Googie designed Sambo's. I call this a Balk Contemporary.
Original Design: Original constructed design all still intact.
Rock Entry Area: Original brick style wall still existing. Sign mountings present.
Windows: Full original window view still present.
Palm Trees: No palm trees present due to area.
Sign: Original sign post present. Not original sign.

INSIDE
Counter: Counter and stools removed.
Register Counter: Looks to be original
Booths: All booths removed.
Kitchen: "Pass over shelf" and opening to kitchen removed and changed. Prep area not present.

COMMENTS
When looking at the outside, you know your looking at a former Sambo's. Register counter, Bathrooms, Dining area and full front windows will bring you back as well. Where you would normally see the bolt wholes for the rock wall sign, you actually still see the bolts all in place. Building was kept very well.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Some of these photos turned out horrible so I'll be returning to replace and add more photos to this location.
