Present Use: Presently in use as a Bar.
Size: Large. This would have been a larger size Sambo's (Double window booths. Two Rows of single booths. Counter with Stools. Possible dining room with tables.
Building Condition: (1-10) "9" - 10 would be considered as good as if new Sambo's back in the day.

OUTSIDE
Googie: Not Googie. This was a flat top designed Sambo's.
Original Design: Original constructed design still intact. However full window view has been covered with walls.

Rock Entry Area: Original Rock design still present. Sign mountings not visable.
Windows: Full original window view covered by walls
Palm Trees: No signs of Palms being used at this location.
Sign: Original large Googie post and sign still present.

INSIDE
Counter: Original Counter removed.
Booths: All booths have been removed.
Kitchen: "Pass over shelf" and opening to kitchen not present.

COMMENTS
This building is still complete and original on outside except for the windows. Would need a lot of work to make back to a Sambo's inside and out.
