Googie: This is a Googie designed Sambo's.
Original Design: Original constructed design all still intact with new stainless steel skin.
Rock Entry Area: Original brick style wall still present. No signs of sign mountings present.
Windows: Full original front window view still present.
Palm Trees: No palm trees present. Due to area.
Sign: Original sign post present. Lower sheild of sign still original.

INSIDE
Counter: Counter and stools present and original.
Booths: All booths present and original.
Kitchen: "Pass over shelf" and opening to kitchen present and original but has a center divide that was added. Prep area still present and original.
Cashier Counter: Present and Original

COMMENTS
Man! This is a place to visit. This location will slap you right back into the past, and then some! Outside was Re-Skinned to blind you with Bling, Bling, Bling!

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
I have a lot to say about this location. First, not only is this a very early built Sambo's in great shape but has been kepted up well. Second, the food reflects the pride in ownership of this historic building. Speaking of owner, he's a great guy that loves to talk with his customers. Third, if you have a Hot Rod, fire it up and bring it with you. You can park it next to the others that show up regularly. Forth, not only will you feel that Sambo's flash back sitting within this building, but you will get that family friendly feel that you always expected from the employees of a Sambo's. Two especially, due to them both had worked many years at a Sambo's. Can't express it enough. This is a must to visit!
